Shipping policy

At Zira, we aim to bring warmth and care to your kitchen — and that begins from the moment you place your order. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:

1. Shipping Across India 🇮🇳

We currently ship to most cities and towns across India through our trusted delivery partners.

2. Shipping Timeline

  • Orders are dispatched within 2 business days.

  • Delivery typically takes 2-6 working days, depending on your location.

  • You’ll receive tracking details via email once your order is shipped.

  • The delivery to the provided address will be carried out anytime between 9 AM to 7 PM, between Monday to Saturday excluding all public holidays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • FREE shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1499.

  • For orders below ₹1499 or Cash on Delivery (COD), a small shipping fee may apply. The exact amount will be displayed at checkout.

4. Delivery Partners

We work with reliable logistics partners to ensure your Zira products reach you safely. You can track your package at every step.

5. Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to deliver on time, unforeseen delays (like weather, holidays, or regional disruptions) may occur. In such cases, we’ll keep you informed and ensure timely updates.

6. Order Issues or Wrong Address

  • If you’ve entered the wrong address, reach out to us on connect@shopzira.in within 18 hours of placing the order — we’ll do our best to update it before dispatch.

  • Incorrect Address: We recommend validating the shipping address before confirming the same on our website. We do not take responsibility if the delivery address provided is incorrect.  If a package is returned to us because the address is incorrect or outdated, we will consider the order status as closed. Please check carefully to make sure that you have entered your correct, current address.

  • Failed Delivery Attempts: Our shipment partner shall make three attempts to deliver your package, and after unsuccessful delivery attempts, we will consider the order status as closed.

  • Refused by Recipient: If you are sending a gift to someone and they refuse to accept the package because they think it is being sent to them by error, then the package will be returned to us as delivered, and the order will be considered as closed. By informing your gift recipient that they should expect a package, you will help us ensure that they receive your gift.

7. Open Delivery

  • Zira Lifestyle Products Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to provide Open delivery or not. Open delivery service which is provided by us with some Specifics logistics service providers. Open delivery depends upon our logistics service provider’s service dependencies. You can’t open parcel if logistics service provider doesn’t allow and in such event, You have a right to accept the parcel after paying the amount and thereafter You can use our hassle-free return policy.
