Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We want you to absolutely love every Zira product that enters your kitchen. But if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help — with a simple, transparent, and fair returns and exchange process.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange only if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

  • You raise the request within 3 days of delivery.

  • The product is unused, unopened, and returned in its original packaging with all labels, tags, and the invoice.

2. Mandatory Evidence for Returns

To register a return or replacement:

  • You must provide photo or video evidence clearly showing the damage, defect, or wrong item delivered.

  • Send this to connect@shopzira.in along with your order ID and a short description of the issue. Requests without valid proof will not be accepted.

3. Refunds

  • No refunds will be issued for products that are damaged after delivery due to improper use, neglect, or mishandling.

  • Full refunds are only applicable if returned in unopened, undamaged condition with all original packaging and proof of purchase, within 7 business days of delivery.

  • Shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take up to 7–10 working days (plus 1 additional business day for bank reflection).

  • Gift cards, personalised products, sale/clearance/promo items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

4. Return Shipping Responsibility

  • All return shipping costs, including any taxes or duties, must be borne by the customer.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to avoid delays or losses during transit.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are possible only for items received in a damaged or defective state and must meet the same return conditions.

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged wherever possible, subject to pin code serviceability.

  • If the replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • If your order has shipped but not yet been delivered, please contact us immediately.

  • Once returned and verified, we will initiate a refund within 3 working days.

7. Important Notes

  • Returns and exchanges are subject to approval after inspection by the Zira team.

  • Damages due to customer mishandling post-delivery are not covered.

  • Refunds for returned items may take up to 7 business days, depending on location.
